Independent Living, A home like lodge setting where residents can furnish their own rooms and maintain privacy while enjoying an active lifestyle in a community atmosphere, meals and housekeeping are provided.
Private Assisted Living (PAL), Takes the Lodge option one step further and offers additional support as required on an individual basis, with the assistance of Home Care services through Alberta Health Services

Lodge Amenities: There are many services that are included in your monthly accommodation fee. Some items are:
- Three hot and homecooked meals per day with table service
- Coffee/Tea, Snacks and beverages available around the clock
- Utilities (natural gas and power)
- Weekly room cleaning
- Weekly linen service (towels, sheets)
- Laundry rooms to use free of charge for personal laundry
- Exercise and various leisure activities
- 24-hour security and emergency response
- Mail delivery with a secure mailbox
- Lounge and Common areas
- Outdoor Commons and Gardens
- Recreational Activities
Other optional services in addition to your monthly accommodation fee:
- In room telephone
- Special activities outside the lodge

Designated Support Living (DSL) – Accessed through Alberta Health Services provides a higher level of care and support to you or your loved ones. The level of care needed is assessed by a case manager designated through Alberta Health Services on an individual basis. Click here to access a case manager to assist with an assessment and application.
- DSL3 – Accommodation that provides a higher level of personal care, supports are provided on site and available on both a scheduled and unscheduled basis; health care aides are onsite 24 hours/day to provide support, personal care and medication assistance. Individuals must be able to move independently, and can be living with physical disability, mental health diagnosis or mild dementia with no known risk of wandering who are not a risk to themselves or others. Individuals must also have the ability to use the call bell system and are physically and mentally stable.
- DSL4 – Accommodation that provides a higher level of care and personal supports and health care services onsite for scheduled and unscheduled care needs according to their plan of care. Managed with a care plan for individuals who have more complex medical needs that are predictable and able to be managed onsite, assistance provided with feeding, moving and medication administration.
- DSL4D – Managed care for individuals with moderate to severe dementia, who may have a high risk of wandering and unpredictable behaviors but are not a safety risk to themselves or others.
