Silver Willow Lodge

The Silver Willow Lodge offers affordable subsidized housing with 81 rooms in a Lodge style setting for singles or coupled seniors. Residents can enjoy a dynamic lifestyle in a community environment. Lodge residents can maintain their privacy in their own furnished studio rooms where housekeeping and wholesome meals are provided daily. Our Activity Coordinators on staff keep seniors active by creating and designing many opportunities for entertainment, recreation, shopping and social gatherings.

Lodge style living is an ideal setting for those seniors who are independent; offering socialization, meals, safety and a sense of community. Supportive living offers lodge style living with additional support for those seniors that require supplementary needs or services.

Oxley Manor

Oxley Manor independent subsidized housing is located in Stavely, Alberta. It is located at 4923 49th street in Stavely and was built with funding arranged by the Alberta Housing Corporation. The manor celebrated it’s grand opening on June 18, 1982.

For many years the Stavely town council and the provincial government funded the operation of the manor until 1995 why the Mosquito Creek Foundation assumed management (although the provincial government maintains ownership of the building).

Oxley Manor provides a quiet, safe environment for residents to come
and go, or use a “common room” to play cards and shuffleboard. This
is a self-contained housing facility featuring 6 one bedroom suites.
The Mosquito Creek Foundation hopes to provide many more years of affordable quality housing.
