


Our Foundation owns and operates the Silver Willow Lodge and Designated Supportive Living in the Town of Nanton, Alberta and manages Kilmorie Place in Nanton and Oxley Manor in Stavely, Alberta. Our Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides affordable and secure, self-contained, supportive, and designated supportive living options. We are proud to partner with the local Municipal Government and Provincial Government Agencies, as well as Alberta Health Services to provide these programs to the community.

Oxley Manor
Oxley Manor is independent, subsidized seniors housing located in Stavely, Alberta and was built with funding arranged by the Alberta Housing Corporation. Oxley Manor provides a quiet, independent and safe environment for residents to come and go. This is a self-contained housing facility featuring 6 one bedroom suites and it also boasts a common area with a shuffleboard and plenty of room for card games.

Silver Willow Lodge and DSL
The Silver Willow Lodge offers affordable subsidized housing with 81 rooms in a Lodge style setting for singles or coupled seniors. Residents can enjoy a dynamic lifestyle in a community environment. Lodge residents can maintain their privacy in their own furnished studio rooms where housekeeping and wholesome meals are provided daily. Our Activity Coordinators on staff keep seniors active by creating and designing many opportunities for entertainment, recreation, shopping and social gatherings.
Lodge style living is an ideal setting for those seniors who are independent; offering socialization, meals, safety and a sense of community. Supportive living offers lodge style living with additional support for those seniors that require supplementary needs or services.
The Designated Supportive Living (DSL) portion of Silver Willow Lodge has one bedroom units as well as studio rooms for seniors that have been assessed and approved by Alberta Health Services for a higher level of care.

Kilmorie Place
Kilmorie Place is Independent, subsidized seniors housing in Nanton, Alberta. The building was designed by Alberta Housing Corporation in-house architects and is comprised of two separate one-storey buildings with a total of 8 one bedroom units.
Funding for the structure was provided exclusively by Alberta Housing Corporation (AHC) through the Alberta Investment Division of the Heritage Savings Trust Fund. The building is managed by the Mosquito Creek Foundation and is located directly west of the Silver Willow Lodge.
