For many years the Stavely town council and the provincial government funded the operation of the manor until 1995 why the Mosquito Creek Foundation assumed management (although the provincial government maintains ownership of the building).
Oxley Manor provides a quiet, safe environment for residents to come
and go, or use a “common room” to play cards and shuffleboard. This
is a self-contained housing facility featuring 6 one bedroom suites.
The Mosquito Creek Foundation hopes to provide many more years of affordable quality housing.
